Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on, technically-minded Project Manager to lead projects from concept to completion. You’ll take ownership of planning, coordination, and execution, working closely with contractors, clients, and our technical team.
This role is ideal for someone who:

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage smart home projects from design to delivery.
- Conduct site assessments and support system design.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, suppliers and clients.
- Ensure that timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
- Participate in on-site work, including wiring, installation, commissioning and testing.
- Provide customer support and ongoing maintenance.
- Identify ways to improve workflows and internal processes.
- Support sales and strategic company goals.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Attend trade shows, training events and expos in Japan and internationally.
Skills & Requirements
- Technically minded individual with an interest in smart home systems.
- Able to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and create technical drawings (CAD experience preferred).
- Background in engineering, electrical systems or a related technical field.
- Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken).
- Basic English skills (enough to communicate with the team and clients).
- You must be comfortable with occasional travel and overtime as needed.
