Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented site technician to join our growing smart home installation team.
You will be responsible for installing, configuring and testing advanced home automation systems, including lighting, audio, networking and security solutions, in luxury homes, hotels and commercial spaces.
Close on-site coordination with electricians, contractors, and project managers is required to ensure that every installation meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that work quality and site safety standards are maintained
- Install and commission smart home systems and equipment
- Route, terminate, label and test control and network cables
- Assemble and wire racks for audio-visual and control systems
- Configure and calibrate devices such as lighting, audio and security systems
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting and quality verification
- Coordinate with site managers, electricians and contractors
- Maintain accurate documentation and installation records
Skills & Requirements
- Basic knowledge of electrical, network or control system wiring
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Reliable and punctual with a proven ability to work on active construction sites
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
- Good communication and teamwork skill
Additional Skills
- You will need a technical background in electrical, IT or AV installation.
- Experience with Control4, Lutron or similar systems.
- Basic computer or network configuration skills.
- A valid Japanese driving licence is preferred.
