Salary: ¥4,800,000 to 7,200,000 (based on skills and experience)

Key Responsibilities
System Blueprinting & Design: Produce detailed CAD site plans, engineering diagrams, and technical drawings. Select and specify hardware, control platforms, and enterprise networking gear.
Client Discovery & Site Surveys: Perform on-site assessments to evaluate architectural layouts, space allocations, and power constraints while capturing owner needs.
Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical authority for field integration teams during installation and commissioning, ensuring designs are executed accurately.
Process & Innovation: Develop tools and workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience; stay current on smart home trends and emerging technologies.

Meticulous & Organized: You take pride in precise documentation, technical accuracy, and managing multiple active design projects.
Adaptable Communicator: You thrive in fast-paced construction environments and can articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Technical background or experience in smart home integration, AV/lighting design, audio engineering, or IT networking.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar drafting platforms) with the ability to interpret architectural, structural, and electrical construction blueprints.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) to communicate with international clients, suppliers, and team members; conversational Japanese to coordinate with local trade partners.
- Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
- Valid authorization to work in Japan (or a valid work visa).
Preferred Qualifications
- Design or programming experience with KNX, Lutron, Control4, or Crestron systems.
- Familiarity with network configuration and lighting system design.
- Valid Japanese driver’s license (or an International Driving Permit).
