LED Lighting
Our smart LED controls from Tuya, integrated with a home assistant controller, allow for centralised management and personalised lighting scenes. Guests can personalise their room ambience by changing the colour, temperature and brightness of the lights. Exterior lighting is set to a schedule, ensuring the environment is well lit for safety and security.
Smart Heating Thermostats
To combat Hokkaido’s chilly winters, we installed smart heating thermostats in every room. Guests can now easily control and adjust the room temperature via touchscreen panels or the dedicated app, ensuring a cosy and comfortable stay. To optimise energy use, individual rooms can be placed in ‘away mode’, reducing electricity and heating bills when unoccupied.
Room screen controls
The Lobs embrace smart technology with room screen controls that allow guests to seamlessly connect to Wi-Fi, control lighting scenes and adjust room temperatures from the comfort of their room. These touchscreen panels offer intuitive navigation and enhance the overall guest experience.
Wi-Fi and Networking
Robust Wi-Fi and networking solutions have been implemented to ensure seamless connectivity throughout the property. Whether guests are sharing their ski adventures or connecting to smart devices in their rooms, The Lobs provides reliable, high-speed Internet connectivity.
