About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented System Integrator to join our growing team and help us pioneer smart home technology across Japan. You will be responsible for installing, configuring and testing advanced automation solutions, including lighting, audio, high-performance networking and security systems, across luxury residences, boutique hotels and high-end commercial spaces.
Based in Niseko, we already have a presence in Sapporo and Hakuba, and we have active plans to expand nationwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on flagship projects in a booming market, collaborating closely with electricians, contractors, and project managers to deliver exceptional craftsmanship.

Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: ¥3,600,000 to 5,400,000 (based on skills and experience)
Location: Kutchan, Hokkaido
Language: Japanese (Conversational), English (Conversational)
Key Responsibilities
Installation and Commissioning: Route, terminate, label and test control and network cables. Assemble and wire AV/control racks and configure smart devices.
Troubleshooting and Testing: Perform rigorous system testing and quality verification under active construction deadlines, and provide on-site diagnosis.
On-site Coordination: Work alongside site managers, electricians and other tradespeople to ensure seamless execution and strict adherence to site safety standards.
Documentation: Maintain precise records of installations, system configurations and projects.

Requirements
- A technical background in electrical engineering, IT or AV installation is required.
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams is essential.
- A basic understanding of network configurations and control system wiring is also required.
- Strong communication skills and a reliable and punctual work ethic is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Control4, Lutron or similar automation platforms.
- A qualified Japanese electrician licence (or a strong interest in acquiring one).
- A valid Japanese driving licence.
