| Additional Fees | Bank transfer fees are paid by the customer. Late payments incur interest at 3% per annum. |
| Accepted payment methods | Credit card (via Stripe) and bank transfer |
| Payment period | Credit card: charged at the time of order or on receipt of the invoice. Bank transfer: due by the date stated on the invoice. For installation projects, a deposit is invoiced when the order is confirmed and the remaining balance is invoiced on completion; amounts and due dates are as stated in the quotation or contract. Additional quotations, change orders and service orders are invoiced in full and due within 15 days of the invoice date. |
| Delivery / service timing | Work, including ordering equipment, begins once we receive the signed contract and the initial deposit. Equipment is supplied, installed and configured according to the mutually agreed project schedule; lead times are as stated in each quotation. After installation we test the system, and handover takes place when your authorised representative countersigns our completion certificate. |
| Cancellations and returns | We do not order equipment or start work until we receive the signed contract and the initial deposit. After the contract is signed, it may be cancelled by mutual written agreement. Services performed and equipment ordered or purchased up to the cancellation date are charged on a pro-rata basis and settled against payments already made. Any surplus is refunded, and any remaining balance is due within 7 days of our final invoice. |
| Defective products or workmanship | Before handover: we test the system after installation and fix any defects found before handover. After handover: if the system does not conform to the agreed specifications (including bugs), we will, at our discretion, repair it or supply a substitute product; if that cannot resolve it, we refund up to the contract amount for the affected part. Our 12-month operational warranty from the handover date also covers faulty installation workmanship, manufacturing defects in supplied equipment, and failures in the system’s configuration and programming, rectified at our cost. Please contact us within 1 year of handover. Not covered: misuse or unauthorised modifications; issues caused by your network, internet service or third-party utilities; work by other contractors; and force majeure. |
| Operating environment | Faults caused by the customer’s own network, internet service or third-party utilities are not covered by our warranty. See each system’s specifications for supported devices. |
